President Dr Lobsang Sangay of Central Tibetan Administration attended the inauguration of newly built Foreigner Registration Office (FRO) in Superintendent Police complex at Dharamshala on 23 February.
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur inaugurated the office for registration of Tibetans and Foreign tourists in SP Complex. at Dharamshala constructed by spending an amount of Rs. 2.41 crore.
Food and Civil Supplies Minister Kishan Kapoor, Urban Development Minister Sarveen Chaudhary, MLA Hoshiyar Singh, Former MP Kripal Parmar, Deputy Commissioner Sandeep Kumar, Organisation Secretary BJP Pawan Rana, DGP SR Mardi, IG Atul Fulzale, Kaydor Aukatsang, Director of SARD and Settlement Officer Dawa Rinchen were also present on the occasion.
The new FRO is meant to ease Tibetans with facilities of waiting lounge.
